Most issues can be resolved by power cycling your router. Please follow the steps below before submitting a ticket or requesting a site visit. Please note that site visits, which result in power cycling resolving the issue, will lead to a service fee.
1.
Press power button on router to turn power off.
2.
Unplug the power cord from the router and wait 30 seconds.
3.
Plug the power chord back into the router and press the power button to turn the router back on.
4.
Wait 2 minutes to see if the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.
5.
Follow internet cable (plugged into the blue port of the router) to the P.O.E. injector (white box plugged into the wall) and unplug P.O.E injector from the wall.
6.
Wait 30 seconds then plug POE injector back into the receptacle and wait 2 minutes to see if the issue is resolved. If issues persist submit a ticket on our support page and we will contact you to schedule a service call.
Note: Please do not attempt to reset the router or press the WPS/WiFi on/off button located on the back of the router. These actions will require an on site visit and will result in a $50 service fee.
