How much does an installation cost?

See the Services page for details. Each install is different. A standard install includes mounting antenna on a J-pole secured to home with Cat-5 wire to be installed from antenna to router. Additional costs will apply if a pole or other additional material is required in order to get a signal that offers reliable connection and speeds. Other install services that require additional costs include wiring underground and extending services to other buildings on the property.

Is the router included in the installation cost?

There are no lease fees on routers. We sell Dual-Band Routers for $65 with the customer owning it once purchased.  Customer may provide their own router, but if assistance is needed from HTW in configuring or setting it up, there is an additional $25 charge.  Dual-band routers are required to ensure optimal and consistent coverage throughout the home.     

How long does installation take?

A standard install takes about 4-5 hours. Custom installs may take longer. 

What is the cost for additional wire drops in walls?

$50 per wall drop. This price includes wall plates and connectors
